Medical Services Program

The Medical Services Program is an essential part of maintaining a strong, unified, and safety-focused team. Our fully equipped Mobile Treatment Centres (MTCs) are staffed with experienced and certified Primary Care Paramedics (PCPs) or OFA/EMP Level III First Aid Attendants, ensuring that every site meets and exceeds the regulated standards of both British Columbia and Alberta.

Through close collaboration with our Medical Director, Complete Safety Services Inc. provides a level of medical care that goes beyond basic compliance. Our approach emphasizes preparedness, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of every worker on site.

Our medical fleet includes newer 4×4 vehicles and Code Three Mobile Treatment Centres equipped with advanced communication tools such as two-way radios, mobile phones, and signal boosters for dependable contact in remote areas. Each unit is fully stocked with essential emergency and first aid equipment, including Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), spine boards, baskets, oxygen supplies, and Level III first aid kits.

To support the physical and emotional health of workers, CSSI also offers on-site and in-camp Counselling Services. These services are available for trauma and critical incidents, workplace violence, addiction and substance abuse, and First Nation liaison support. We also provide assistance with performance evaluations, bullying, lying, and harassment cases, as well as incident stress debriefing and conflict resolution.
